These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mantica Digital website and the custom website design and build services we offer. By accessing this website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Mantica Digital provides custom website design, mock design previews, landing pages, and related website build services. All projects are built using AI-assisted tools and delivered to the customer as website files after payment in full, or hosted and managed under an optional Care Plan. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are outlined in the individual project quote.

Custom Lead-Generation Website — $499

We design a free multi-page draft of your lead-generation website with no obligation to purchase. The finished Custom Lead-Generation Website is $499. Payment terms:

• Free preview. Reviewing your draft is free. Nothing is charged unless you choose to purchase.
• Payment options. The $499 website price is paid in full upfront at purchase. Your private review link is delivered after your first payment.
• No refunds after purchase. Because you approve the design before buying, website purchases are final once payment is made. The $499 build includes the agreed features and pre-delivery revisions regardless of Care Plan selection. Our optional $79/month Care Plan begins when the website is ready (month-to-month) and covers managed hosting, domain connection, and ongoing care. Without it, you receive the completed website files after payment in full and arrange your own hosting and domain connection.
• Unpurchased designs. If you do not purchase within 30 days of receiving your live link, we may remove all of your business information (name, logo, photos and contact details) and reuse the design as a portfolio template.

Website Oversight Plan — $79/month

The Oversight Plan is month-to-month with no minimum term; you may cancel at any time. It covers hosting and domain connection, uptime checks, security updates, monthly form and button checks, a monthly backup, fixes if something breaks, and 15 build credits of changes per month. Your website stays in our managed workspace and our team makes all changes for you; clients do not receive direct editing access. Changes are requested from your account page. Monthly included credits are not cumulative and do not carry over; any additional credits you purchase do carry over. Work beyond the included credits is quoted before we start and billed only with your approval. You own your finished website: if you cancel, we will export your website code so you can move it to another compatible hosting provider.

Annual Care Plan — $0 upfront, $79/month

The Annual Care Plan includes the complete website build at no upfront cost. Instead of paying the $499 build fee, you commit to the Care Plan for 12 months at $79/month, billed monthly. The Annual Care Plan is a 12-month commitment: you may not cancel during the first 12 months, and all 12 monthly payments of $79 are due regardless of early cancellation. After the 12-month term, the plan continues month-to-month with no minimum term and you may cancel at any time. The plan covers the same services as the monthly Oversight Plan: hosting and domain connection, uptime checks, security updates, monthly form and button checks, a monthly backup, fixes if something breaks, and 15 build credits of changes per month. If you cancel after the 12-month term, we will export your website code so you can move it to another compatible hosting provider.

Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to pay all fees associated with the services selected in your quote. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote or, if no period is stated, for 30 days.

Revisions and Approval

Free mock designs include up to 5 text revisions and up to 10 image replacements as specified in the project quote. Market Ready website template purchases include up to 15 text revisions and up to 20 image replacements. Additional revisions, image replacements, or scope changes may require an extra fee. Once the design is approved, we proceed with the final build.

Ownership and Transfer

Upon final payment, you can download your completed website files. If you choose the optional Care Plan, we manage hosting and domain connection instead; you may request an export of your code if you cancel. You retain ownership of the final website and its content. Mantica Digital retains the right to display generic screenshots or descriptions of the work for portfolio samples and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Mantica Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

SMS Messaging Terms

By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from MANTICA DIGITAL LLC. This includes SMS messages for marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See privacy policy at https://manticadigital.ai/privacy. Message HELP for help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

• Consent. You consent to receive messages from MANTICA DIGITAL LLC when you provide your mobile phone number and opt in through a form or other medium.
• Message types. Messages may include account notifications, project updates, consultation follow-ups, delivery notifications, and marketing or promotional communications.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You may receive occasional or recurring messages related to your inquiry, project, or account.
• Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future messaging.

• Rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan.

Changes to These Terms
