$499 Custom Lead-Generation Website

Your mock website preview is free, and nothing is charged unless you choose to purchase. Because you review and approve the design before buying, the $499 purchase — paid in full upfront — is final and non-refundable once payment is made.

Website Packages and Add-Ons

One-time purchases (including the Market Ready Website Template Setup Package and add-ons) can be refunded in full if you cancel before we begin work. Once work has started, we may refund the portion of the work not yet completed. Completed and delivered work is not refundable, but we will make reasonable revisions as described in our Terms & Conditions.

Monthly Care Plans

The month-to-month Care Plan can be canceled anytime from your account page using Manage Billing. Cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing month. We do not provide partial-month refunds.

The Annual Care Plan ($0 upfront, $79/month) is a 12-month commitment and cannot be canceled during the first 12 months; all 12 monthly payments of $79 are due. After the 12-month term it continues month-to-month and can be canceled anytime, as described in our Terms & Conditions.

Hourly Support

Unused prepaid support hours can be refunded on request.

How to Request a Refund
