What Oversight Covers

  • Hosting & Domain: Managed hosting and your domain kept connected — no separate hosting bill. We will pay your new domain registration for 1 year. All renewals we bill to you.
  • Uptime Checks: We are alerted if your website goes offline and bring it back.
  • Security Updates: Security certificate (SSL) kept active and security updates applied.
  • Form & Button Checks: Monthly testing of your contact forms, quote requests and click-to-call buttons.
  • Monthly Backup: A backup of your website every month.
  • Fixes: If something on your website breaks, we fix it.
  • 15 Build Credits of Changes Monthly: Request changes from your account page and our team makes them for you — no editing access or DIY risk. Monthly credits are not cumulative (unused credits do not carry over); purchased additional credits do carry over. Additional work is quoted before we start.

Build Credits vs. Add-Ons

  • Build Credits — Included Monthly: Your plan includes monthly build credits for small updates to what you already have: swapping text, photos, hours, prices, or colors. Unused credits do not roll over, and there is never an extra charge for these changes.
  • Add-Ons — One-Time Flat Rate: Add-ons are brand-new features added to your website, billed once at a flat price: Custom Content Section $49, Review Slider $39, Extra Page $35, Extra Button $25, Image Slider $39, Video Section $49. Build credits are not used for add-ons.

  • Website build included: No separate $499 build fee — your custom website is part of the plan.
  • 12-month commitment: Billed $79 a month for 12 months, with everything in the Website Oversight Plan above. Unlike the month-to-month plan, it cannot be cancelled during the first 12 months.
  • Launch after your first month: Your first $79 payment starts the plan; we finish the agreed revisions and launch your website as normal.
